Feedback Pipe is a service that allows you to collect feedback from your website visitors and forward it to your chosen channels (Webhook, Slack, Telegram, Discord) without storing the data on our servers.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited messages
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Service Plans

Free Plan

Our free plan includes:

  • Webhook integration only (DIY setup)
  • Unlimited feedback collection
  • Basic widget customization
  • Community support

Pro Plan

Our Pro plan includes:

  • Ready-made integrations (Slack, Telegram, Discord)
  • Unlimited webhook integrations
  • Advanced widget customization
  • Feedback type presets (Bug Report, Feature Request, Review, Support)
  • Priority support
  • Monthly billing at $4.99/month
  • Annual billing at $49.99/year (17% savings)

Payment and Billing

For Pro plan subscriptions:

  • Payment is due in advance for the billing period
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are provided within 30 days of initial purchase
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

  • We do not store your feedback content
  • We act as a "postman" - forwarding feedback immediately
  • All data transmission is encrypted
  • We follow industry-standard security practices

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any service interruptions or downtime.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Feedback Pipe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You are responsible for any content submitted through your feedback widget. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedback Pipe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Feedback Pipe from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Feedback Pipe operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
