Getting started is simple:

1. Choose your plan (Free or Pro)
2. Configure your feedback channel (Slack, Telegram, Discord, webhook, etc.)
3. Copy the generated JavaScript code
4. Paste it before the closing </body> tag on your website

Free Plan: Webhook integration only (DIY setup), unlimited feedback collection

Pro Plan: Ready-made integrations (Slack, Telegram, Discord), unlimited webhook integrations, advanced customization including feedback type presets, priority support

To set up Slack integration:

1. Go to your Slack workspace settings
2. Navigate to "Apps" → "Incoming Webhooks"
3. Create a new webhook and copy the URL
4. Paste the URL in the Feedback Pipe configuration

To set up Telegram integration:

1. Create a bot by messaging @BotFather on Telegram
2. Get your bot token from BotFather
3. Start a chat with your bot and get your chat ID
4. Enter both the bot token and chat ID in Feedback Pipe

No! Feedback Pipe doesn't store any of your data. We act as a "postman" - we receive feedback from your website and immediately forward it to your chosen channel (Slack, Telegram, Discord, webhook, etc.). No data is stored on our servers.

Yes! You can customize:

• Button color (choose from color palette)
• Button text (e.g., "Report Bug", "Send Feedback")
• Button position (bottom-right, bottom-left, etc.)
• Pro only: Feedback type presets (Bug Report, Feature Request, Review, Support) with automatic styling
